I completed my bachelor’s degree in human kinetics in 2019 and my master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa in 2021.
I strongly believe in taking a personalized, client-oriented approach to identify the root cause of problems, address immediate concerns, and prevent recurrence. My passion for rehabilitation and learning has motivated me to continue expanding my knowledge through additional courses in concussion management, vertigo, dry needling, and manual therapy. I have a special interest in sports rehabilitation, functional movement, and manual therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking and traveling, seeking out new adventures to experience different cultures and meet new people. I am also passionate about hockey, golf, personal training, and rock climbing.
With a respectful and professional demeanor, I am committed to helping all my clients achieve their goals, enhance their well-being, and return to all activities.
