Amélie Éthier
Physiotherapy Assistant
I graduated with a diploma in Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistance from La Cité Collégiale in 2023. Passionate about well-being and convinced of the importance of an active lifestyle, I am dedicated to promoting these values every day. I am a respectful and empathetic person with a strong ability to listen, and I particularly enjoy working with people. My goal is to make a real difference in their lives by sharing my knowledge and advice to help them achieve a better quality of life or recover from an injury.
Patient and attentive, I have always loved working with elderly individuals. I gained valuable experience as a physiotherapy assistant in various senior care centers, including one where I worked for a year.
In my free time, I prioritize activities that support my health and an active lifestyle. Whether it’s running outdoors, hiking to enjoy nature while getting physical exercise, or going to the gym for strength or cardiovascular training, I strive to maintain a balance between physical and mental well-being.
